I remember how tough middle school was.... wanting to fit in, trying to find out who I was, my insecurity, lack of confidence,...... drama.....more drama.... and did I mention drama. I have two kids now in middle school and it reminds me of when I went through those years.... yikes!  I wouldn't go back to that stage of life for anything!!! I wonder why God makes human beings to go through certain stages?  So that in wanting to be like others (to fit in and be accepted) we find out who we really are?  The things that seemed so important at that time of life, I can now look back on and either laugh, or realize how unimportant it really was...... Of course, hind sight is 20/20.  If I didn't have kids going through similar stuff now, I may not have even thought about those years.
